Orders and delivery

Order status updates are shown in your account and may also be sent by email. Delivery times depend on the seller, the shipping method and the destination country.

If you did not receive your order within the stated delivery time, contact us and we will assist you in contacting the seller.

Returns and withdrawal rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you generally have a right of withdrawal for distance contracts. The withdrawal period is typically 14 days from the day you receive the goods. Some products are excluded by law.
