Orders

On iNUNO.shop, orders are placed through an online marketplace. Products are offered and sold by independent sellers. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, iNUNO.shop is not the contractual seller of the products. The purchase contract is concluded directly between the buyer and the respective seller. This page explains how ordering works, how contracts are formed, and which consumer rights apply under EU rules.

How to place an order

The order process typically includes selecting products, adding them to the cart, entering delivery and billing details, choosing a payment method, reviewing the order summary, and submitting the order.

Before submitting the order, you can review and correct your information, shipping address, and selected items.

Contract formation

Product listings on iNUNO.shop are invitations to place an order and do not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting an order, the buyer makes a binding offer to purchase the items in the cart.

The contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order or dispatches the goods, unless a different contract formation process is clearly stated during checkout.

Order confirmation and communication

After submitting an order, you will typically receive an order confirmation by email or within your account area. This confirmation records that your order was received and may include order details, the seller identity, and the chosen shipping method.

Sellers may contact buyers if additional information is needed for fulfillment, for example address clarification or delivery instructions.

Prices, taxes and additional charges

Prices shown on iNUNO.shop are displayed in the selected currency and may include applicable VAT where required. The final amount payable, including shipping costs, is displayed before you submit the order.

For cross border deliveries, additional charges may apply, such as customs duties, import VAT or handling fees, depending on destination rules. These charges are generally determined by the destination country and may be collected by the carrier or local authorities.

Payment and order processing

Payments are processed securely via certified payment service providers. Depending on the marketplace flow, the payment may be received by iNUNO.shop for processing and settlement and then transferred to the seller according to the applicable payout rules. This does not change that the sales contract is concluded between buyer and seller.

If payment fails or is declined, the order is not completed. Common reasons include insufficient funds, authentication issues, or restrictions set by your bank or payment provider.

Delivery and shipping

Delivery is made to the address provided during checkout. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs depend on the seller, the product, and the destination country and are shown during checkout.

Partial deliveries may occur if it is reasonable, for example if items ship from different locations. If multiple sellers are involved, separate shipments and separate delivery times may apply.

Changes and cancellation requests

After an order is submitted, changes or cancellation requests depend on whether the seller has already started processing or shipped the goods. If you need to change an address or request cancellation, contact the seller as soon as possible via your order page.

Statutory consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal where applicable, are not affected by the availability of cancellation before dispatch.

Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers in the European Union generally have a statutory right of withdrawal within fourteen days, starting from the day the goods are received. Details, conditions, and instructions, including any exclusions, are provided in the separate withdrawal policy and the seller return terms shown for the specific order.

Some products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, for example custom made goods or sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Warranty and defective items

Statutory warranty rights apply. If an item is defective, not as described, or arrives damaged, the buyer should contact the seller via the order page. The seller is responsible for handling warranty claims and providing remedies as required by law.

iNUNO.shop provides the technical platform and may support communication, but the seller remains responsible for product compliance, delivery, returns, and legal obligations related to the sale.

Disputes and support

If you have questions about an order, please contact the seller first via your order page. If you need platform assistance with order visibility, payment processing status, or technical issues, you can reach iNUNO.shop support at info@inuno.shop.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution for consumer disputes. Sellers are neither obliged nor generally willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board unless explicitly stated.
