Returns and right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the respective seller of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or email. You may use the model withdrawal form provided by the seller, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, the seller shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the seller is informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to the seller without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the seller has agreed to bear those costs.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized, sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent.
